When it comes to ordering HVAC parts, it's important to have all the necessary information and options at your disposal. At OEM HVAC PARTS, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient experience for our customers. Here are some expert tips to help you navigate the ordering process:

Tax Exemption

If you require tax exemption for your order, simply email us at Support@oemhvacparts.com with your request. We will assist you in the necessary steps to ensure your order is tax exempt. FYI: We only charge sales tax in a few states currently so feel free to add the item(s) to your cart and if the tax shows 0, you are good to proceed with an order without sending us your tax exemption certificate. 

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, providing you with a convenient and secure payment method. We do not keep any credit card information on file. For alternative payment options, we also offer ACH or Wire Transfer payments. By choosing this method, you can enjoy up to a 3% discount on your order. Please note that any fees associated with ACH or Wire Transfer payments will be determined by your bank.

International Shipping

While we do offer international shipping, it's important to be aware of potential taxes and duties that may be imposed by your country's customs department. We are unable to anticipate or charge these taxes, as they vary from country to country. It is the responsibility of the customer to settle any applicable taxes or duties upon the item's arrival in their country.

We currently stock and ship parts at 4 fulfillment centers/ warehouses:

California

Our system will attempt to ship from the closest warehouse to you so you'll receive your items as soon as possible.

When will i get my order?

All Orders Ship Ground unless Expedited.

Over 90% of orders ship the same day when ordered by 2pm EST.

Parts that fit in a standard UPS or FEDEX box will arrive in a 2-3 business days anywhere in the lower 48 states.

If expedited shipping is required, please reach out to us for that service.

Note: We will never ship via USPS unless requested.

Returns and Help

What is your Return Policy?

We offer a Hassle Free 30 Day Returns on almost any item.

Our system has a self-serve portal so once you need to make a return, simply login and select a return from your order history and the process will begin.

If we made a mistake with your order, return shipping is on us. Returns due to a part no longer being needed do not qualify for free return shipping.

Any item being returned must be requested within 30 days. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, which means new and uninstalled with no signs of blemish or handling. Original packaging for the part may also be requested (not the box the part ships in - you can use any box to ship parts back to us).

Restocking fees may apply on certain products or brands so please see our full return policy for details or contact us with any questions prior to ordering.
