Returns and Refunds Policy

At OEMHVACParts.com, we offer hassle-free 30 Day Returns and Refunds in certain situations:

Returns Due to Our Error

If we make a mistake or ship the wrong item, you are eligible for a full refund and free return shipping. The item must be unused and in original condition. Simply contact us and we will provide a prepaid return label and ship out the correct item upon receiving the item back.

Returns Due to Manufacturer Defects

If an item arrives defective or becomes defective through no fault of your own, contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your shipment. In most cases, we will ship a free replacement item and provide a prepaid return label so you can send back the defective product to the manufacturer for inspection.

Some manufacturers may require contacting them first and obtaining a case number prior to approving a return. If this applies, we will let you know the proper protocol when you contact us about the defective item.

Returns Due to Customer Request

If you simply wish to return an unused item due to remorse or ordering the wrong product, you may request a return within 30 days of the original order date. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be in original new condition when received back by us or the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Some specialty or custom products may be non-returnable. We may not be able to determine or indicate if an item is non-returnable prior to you placing the order. So please contact us PRIOR to placing your order if you would like to confirm the return eligibility before purchasing.

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees vary by manufacturer and typically range from 0-50% of the purchase price. We will let you know if any restocking fees apply to a return at the time you request the return. Our goal is to avoid surprises and keep restocking fees to a minimum.

Cancellations

Once an item is ordered on our website, our little elves get to working on it right away. Your order may not be cancellable and may require you to go through the return process. Please be careful and don't buy parts unless you need them.
