Free Shipping

OEMHVACParts.com offers free standard shipping (typically UPS or Fedex Ground Service) on all orders shipped within the continental United States. This applies to all products available on our website.

Shipping Timelines

Orders placed on our website will typically ship the same day or the next business day after the order is placed. Our goal is to get your product delivered as fast as possible.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. 

Most Standard Package Orders typically arrive anywhere in the lower 48 states in 1-3 business days after shipping via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Oversized Large Items that require freight shipping aka LTL (less than trailer-load), the transit time may be longer and we typically see delivery in 3-5 business days but some orders will take longer.

Tracking Information

All orders will receive tracking information once the label is created. You may track your shipment to see the expected delivery date and progress. We only use trackable shipping services like UPS, FedEx and freight carriers.

Anticipated Ship Time

We try to ship every order as quickly as possible, but please allow the following time for order processing and shipping:

• Orders placed Monday - Friday by 2pm EST will typically ship the same day.
• Orders placed after 2pm EST will typically ship the next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day we are open.

Delivery Issues/Freight Packages — Please Inspect!

Please inspect all packages, especially anything arriving via LTL freight, carefully before signing for them. If a package looks damaged in any way as a result of the shipping process, please do not sign for it and tell the shipper you refuse. Contact us immediately if you encounter any problems with an order. If you do not notice damage upon receipt, any concealed damages after the driver has left require you to notify us within 3 business days of the delivery date of the package/item.

International Shipping

Some products may be shipped internationally but we are currently focused on supplying and shipping to locations within the United States. Shipping to international destinations may be arranged on a case by case basis by contacting our customer service department.
