Shipping Policy

At OEM HVAC PARTS, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. We offer free UPS or FedEx Ground shipping on all items available on our website that are being shipped within the continental United States (lower 48). Our goal is to ensure that you receive your items in a timely manner, typically within 1-3 days.

For customers located outside of the lower 48, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We also offer international shipping options for customers outside of the United States. Please contact our customer service department for more information on international shipping.

Once your order is placed, we work diligently to process and ship it as quickly as possible. Most orders placed on our website will ship the same day or the next business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as UPS and FedEx to ensure that your package is delivered safely and on time. All shipments are trackable, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery and anticipate its arrival.

While we strive to provide accurate and efficient shipping, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier's schedule. For large items that require freight shipping, the transit time may be longer.

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please inspect all packages carefully before signing for them, especially if they are being delivered via LTL freight. If you notice any damage to the package as a result of the shipping process, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. For any concealed damages that are discovered after the driver has left, please notify us within 3 business days of the delivery date.

We currently stock and ship parts at 4 fulfillment centers/ warehouses:

Our system will attempt to ship from the closest warehouse to you so you'll receive your items as soon as possible.

When will i get my order?

All Orders Ship Ground unless Expedited.

Over 90% of orders ship the same day when ordered by 2pm EST.

Parts that fit in a standard UPS or FEDEX box will arrive in a 2-3 business days anywhere in the lower 48 states.

If expedited shipping is required, please reach out to us for that service.

Note: We will never ship via USPS unless requested.

Returns and Help

What is your Return Policy?

We offer a Hassle Free 30 Day Returns on almost any item.

Our system has a self-serve portal so once you need to make a return, simply login and select a return from your order history and the process will begin.

If we made a mistake with your order, return shipping is on us. Returns due to a part no longer being needed do not qualify for free return shipping.

Any item being returned must be requested within 30 days. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, which means new and uninstalled with no signs of blemish or handling. Original packaging for the part may also be requested (not the box the part ships in - you can use any box to ship parts back to us).

Restocking fees may apply on certain products or brands so please see our full return policy for details or contact us with any questions prior to ordering.
